• Free lifetime updates
• Priority email or short video support
• Licenses are non-transferable
• Each license must be purchased per intended use
• Upgrading from Standard to Extended Pro requires a new purchase
• Once the upgrade is completed, the Standard license purchase will be refunded
• Resell or redistribute products as standalone items
• Offer products in stores, marketplaces, or platforms
• Share, sublicense, or transfer files to others
• Framer remix links
• Template files or assets

This applies whether the product has been used, edited, duplicated, published, installed, or not used at all.
Refunds are granted only in the following cases.
Duplicate Purchase
You accidentally purchased the same license more than once for the same product.
Technical Issue
The product experienced a verified technical issue that prevented it from functioning as described, where support was attempted and the issue could not be resolved, and evidence has been provided such as screenshots, screen recordings, or a detailed explanation.
Refund requests must be submitted within 8 days of purchase.
Approved refunds are typically processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
All-Access Bundle
The All-Access bundle is sold as a single transaction covering all included templates. Refund eligibility applies to the bundle as a whole — not to individual templates within it. Partial refunds for single templates within a bundle are not available.
Refunds will not be granted if:
• You no longer need the product
• You found a different product you prefer
• You changed your mind
• You are dissatisfied with features clearly described before purchase
• You lack the skills or knowledge to use the product
• You do not have the required software, account, or subscription
• You report a technical issue without sufficient evidence
• You believe the product was misrepresented based on personal opinion or preference
• You purchased the wrong license type
• You request a partial refund
Refunds are also not granted for subjective evaluations or project-specific preferences, including:
• Visual or aesthetic preference
• Perceived design quality or style
• Layout or presentation expectations
• Suitability for a specific project, brand, or business model
• Change of creative direction
• Client or stakeholder feedback
Templates are standardized digital design products. Determining suitability and project fit is the buyer’s responsibility prior to purchase.
All templates can be previewed and evaluated using the provided live demo links.
Some products may reference benefits, promo codes, or offers related to Framer subscriptions or other third-party services.
Please note:
• Subscriptions are sold, billed, and managed entirely by the third party
• Promo codes are issued and controlled by the third party
• Billing terms, plan eligibility, and pricing behavior are determined externally
Framerpod does not control, modify, or replace third-party subscriptions, discounts, or billing conditions.
Any issues related to subscriptions, billing cycles, or pricing must be resolved directly with the service provider.
References such as “months free” are descriptive equivalents based on pricing structures at the time of writing.
Actual discounts apply only according to the specific terms of the promo code, such as annual billing requirements, as defined by the third-party provider.
Demo Content and Placeholder Information
Templates may contain fictional names, placeholder text, example brands, and sample contact details for demonstration purposes.
These elements exist solely to illustrate layout and presentation. They do not represent real persons, brands, businesses, or support channels.
Placeholder email addresses, domains, and contact details included in demo content are non-functional and must not be considered official communication or support methods.
Failure of such placeholder contacts does not constitute a product defect, technical issue, or valid basis for a refund.
Official support is provided only through email addresses from the framerpod.com domain, such as those ending in @framerpod.com.
Technical requirements
Products may require:
• An active Framer account
• A basic understanding of how Framer works
• Access to relevant Framer features or plans
Products are designed for users who are familiar with Framer’s interface, editing model, and general workflow. Lack of familiarity with Framer is not considered a technical issue and does not qualify for a refund.
Framer templates are designed exclusively for use within the Framer platform. They are not compatible with other website builders, CMS platforms, or publishing workflows — including but not limited to WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, Wix, Shopify, or any other third-party platform. Platform incompatibility is not a product defect and does not qualify for a refund.
Support
Support is available for questions related to the purchased product.
Support is provided in English. Assistance in other languages is offered on a best-effort basis and does not constitute a formal support obligation.
Standard License
Includes standard email support.
Extended Pro License
Includes priority email support and, where appropriate, short video explanations.
Support does not include:
• Custom design or development work
• Full website builds
• Hosting, billing, or subscription management
• Third-party account configuration
It is the customer’s responsibility to review product requirements before purchase.
Third-Party Platform Changes
Framerpod templates are built for use with Framer. Framer is a third-party platform operated independently of Framerpod.
Framerpod is not liable for changes made by Framer to its platform, features, pricing, or functionality — including changes that affect how a template behaves or which features are accessible on a given plan.
Where a Framer platform change materially affects a template's core functionality, Framerpod will endeavour to provide an update within a reasonable timeframe. This is not guaranteed and does not constitute a basis for a refund.

Most questions or concerns can be resolved quickly through direct support.
Digital products are delivered instantly upon purchase. Remix links are tracked upon access — link access constitutes confirmed delivery. Order records, access timestamps, IP data, and license agreements are retained for verification purposes.
By completing a purchase, you consent to this documentation being shared with payment processors in the event of a dispute or chargeback.
In the event of a chargeback that is found in Framerpod's favour, any chargeback fees imposed by the payment processor may be recovered from the disputing party.
